Reddy Ice Holdings, Inc. (formerly Packaged Ice, Inc.) is the largest manufacturer and distributor of packaged ice in the United States. The Company manufactures and distributes approximately 1.8 million tons of ice annually to a broad and diversified customer base, including supermarkets, mass merchants and convenience stores. Subsequent to an IPO and follow-on offering, Irving Place Capital fully realized its investment in 2006. During IPC's hold period, Reddy Ice completed 13 add-on acquisitions.
